Internet Providers & Broadband in Monaco
Monaco Telecom fiber and broadband: plans, speeds, 5G coverage, and how to get connected as a resident or business.

Internet and broadband in Monaco
Monaco has one of the most advanced telecommunications infrastructures in Europe. The Principality achieved full fibre-optic coverage, meaning every residence and business can access high-speed broadband. The legacy copper network has been phased out in favour of fibre.
Monaco Telecom: the sole provider
Monaco Telecom is the exclusive licensed provider of fixed-line telephony, broadband internet, and mobile services in the Principality. As a regulated monopoly, it is the only option for home internet, but the network quality is consistently high, with fibre speeds reaching up to 10 Gbps download and 3 Gbps upload on the fastest plans.
Monaco Telecom is part of the NJJ group and operates modern infrastructure including Wi-Fi 6 routers and full 5G mobile coverage across the Principality.
Residential broadband plans
Monaco Telecom offers several fibre broadband tiers for residential customers. Entry-level plans start at around €40 per month for 100 Mbps. Combined broadband and mobile packages are also available, offering savings for households that bundle their services. Pricing and plan details change periodically, so it is worth checking the official website for the most current offers.
All residential plans include a Wi-Fi router, and installation is generally straightforward since the fibre network already reaches every building.
Mobile and 5G
Monaco Telecom also operates Monaco's mobile network with full 5G coverage. Mobile plans can be purchased separately or bundled with a broadband subscription. The 5G network covers the entirety of the Principality, providing fast mobile data speeds throughout Monaco.
Business internet
For businesses, Monaco Telecom offers dedicated professional fibre plans starting from around €70 per month (excluding VAT), with no commitment required on certain offers. Premium and Platinum business plans include automatic failover to a secondary connection in case of a network interruption, ensuring continuity for businesses that depend on reliable connectivity.
