Princess Grace Hospital Centre

The Princess Grace Hospital Centre (CHPG) is the public reference hospital of the Principality of Monaco. Located on avenue Pasteur, it provides comprehensive medical care with modern equipment and highly qualified staff.

Who should go?

Anyone living or working in Monaco can receive treatment at the CHPG. The emergency department accepts patients around the clock without an appointment. For specialist consultations, an appointment is generally required, often following a referral from your general practitioner.

Main services

The CHPG offers numerous departments: emergency, internal medicine, cardiology, maternity, paediatrics, surgery, oncology, medical imaging and intensive care. The hospital also houses a screening centre and an analysis laboratory. A new building is under construction to modernise and expand the facility.

Practical tips

In case of emergency, call 18 (fire brigade and ambulance) or 112 (European emergency number). For consultations, remember to bring your Monegasque social security card or your CCSS certificate. Those covered by Monaco's social security receive 80% reimbursement through CCSS, with the remainder covered by supplementary insurance or paid out of pocket.
