Monaco's Philatelic Tradition
Monaco has a long and distinguished philatelic tradition. The Office des Emissions de Timbres-Poste (OETP), established in 1937, is the government body responsible for designing, issuing, and promoting Monaco's collectible postage stamps. Stamp designs are selected in collaboration with the Prince of Monaco and commemorate national events, cultural heritage, and the Princely Family.
The OETP operates from Espace Honore II (5 Promenade Honore II, MC 98050 Monaco) and can be reached at +377 98 98 41 41 or oetp@gouv.mc. Its website is oetp-monaco.com. The OETP also manages the Musee des Timbres et des Monnaies in Fontvieille.
