Societe des Bains de Mer et du Cercle des Etrangers a Monaco: historic group operating the Casino de Monte-Carlo, several luxury hotels, restaurants and entertainment venues in the Principality.
Founded in 1863, SBM is one of Monaco's economic pillars. It manages the Casino de Monte-Carlo, Hotel de Paris, Hermitage Monte-Carlo and Monte-Carlo Bay among other properties. The Monegasque State is the majority shareholder. SBM is also a major employer in the territory and plays a key role in Monaco's international prestige.
