The government digital identity platform enabling Monaco residents and citizens to securely authenticate when accessing public online services.
MConnect is the single sign-on system set up by the Monegasque government. It provides access to all administrative online services, including MonServicePublic and the MonEntreprise business portal. Registration requires identity verification. The system is part of Monaco's Extended Monaco digital transition strategy.
