State-owned housing stock in Monaco, allocated at subsidised rents exclusively to Monegasque citizens and, under certain conditions, to eligible residents.
The state housing sector (secteur domanial) is a key benefit for Monegasque nationals, helping them cope with the Principality's extremely high property costs. Applications are managed by the Administration des Domaines. Allocation is based on family size, income and waiting time. This system is a cornerstone of Monaco's social policy.
