The CAM (Compagnie des Autobus de Monaco) runs six daytime bus lines that serve every district of Monaco, plus two night lines (N1 and N2) and the on-demand ClicBus shuttle. The network is the Principality's main form of public transport, complemented by the free public lifts and escalators that connect the city's different levels. A single ride costs €1.50 by card or through the Monapass app (€2 if bought from the driver), with free transfers within 30 minutes. Weekly, monthly and annual passes are available, and travel is free for residents aged 65 and over.
