Red Cross Gala - Monte-Carlo Summer Festival
Annual Red Cross benefit gala at the Salle des Étoiles during the Monte-Carlo Summer Festival

The Red Cross Gala is the signature event of the Monte-Carlo Summer Festival, held each summer at the Salle des Étoiles. Organised in support of the Monaco Red Cross (Croix-Rouge monégasque), whose president is HSH Prince Albert II, the evening combines a black-tie dinner with a live music programme and traditionally closes with the festival's most prominent headline performance.
About the event: A fixture of Monaco's summer calendar since 1948, the gala brings together the Princely Family, members of the Monegasque government, international guests and long-standing patrons of the Red Cross. Proceeds directly support the humanitarian work of the Monaco Red Cross, both locally and as part of the International Movement of the Red Cross and Red Crescent. The headline artist changes every year and is announced by the Société des Bains de Mer ahead of the festival programme.
Venue Excellence: The Salle des Étoiles, with its sophisticated open-air setting and retractable roof, provides an ideal venue for this elegant benefit gala. The superb acoustics and ambient lighting make every performance shine, creating an unforgettable atmosphere for attendees.
Charitable Mission: Proceeds go to the Croix-Rouge monégasque itself — social assistance to residents in difficulty, first-aid training and event cover, health prevention, and the association's own international relief operations. For the 77th edition on 18 July 2026, seats were priced at €1,900 per person, dinner and half a bottle of Grand Cru champagne included, with the evening continuing at Jimmy'z Monte-Carlo.
