Fête de la Musique

The Fête de la Musique (Music Festival) is an annual celebration of music held on the summer solstice, June 21st. This UNESCO-recognised event began in France in 1982 and has become a global phenomenon, with celebrations taking place in over 100 countries. Monaco embraces this vibrant tradition with performances throughout the Principality.

On Fête de la Musique, the streets of Monaco come alive with music of all genres. Professional musicians, orchestras, jazz ensembles, rock bands, classical performers, and emerging artists perform at multiple venues across the Principality, from public squares to intimate gardens and the port area.
