Principles

Monaco Pratique is a strictly informational website. We collect and process the absolute minimum of personal data required for the site to function properly and to deliver the services it provides. We do not sell any data, do not share it with any advertiser and do not use it for any commercial purpose.

Anonymous browsing

Simply browsing the pages of the site requires no account, no identification and no disclosure of personal data. You can use Monaco Pratique entirely anonymously.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand, in an aggregated and statistical way, how visitors use the site: most consulted pages, average session duration, approximate geographic origin (by country), device type. This data is used only to improve the quality, relevance and performance of the content.

Google Analytics places cookies on your device only if you have expressly consented via the cookie banner shown on your first visit. Until you accept, no analytics cookie is placed and no browsing data is transmitted to Google. IP addresses are anonymised by Google before any processing. You may withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the "Manage cookies" link in the footer or by clearing your browser cookies.

Cookies

A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. Monaco Pratique uses two categories of cookies:

No advertising cookies, no behavioural tracking cookies and no third-party commercial cookies are used.

Contact form

If you choose to use the contact form, we collect your name, email address and the content of your message. This information is used exclusively to process and reply to your request. The transmission of the form is handled by a third-party service (Formsubmit) that relays the message to the publisher without permanently storing it. You will not receive any newsletter, commercial communication or unsolicited message as a result of sending a form.

Retention period

Messages received via the contact form are kept only for as long as necessary to process the request and are then deleted. Anonymised analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics default settings.

Sharing with third parties

No personal data from your use of the site is sold, rented or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. The only technical transfers that take place are those strictly necessary for the site to function: analytics (Google Analytics), contact form delivery (Formsubmit), site hosting.

Your rights

In accordance with applicable data protection regulations, you have the following rights in particular: right of access, right of rectification, right to erasure, right to object, right to restriction of processing, right to portability and right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

To exercise these rights, simply use the contact form on the site and specify the nature of your request.

Security

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access or disclosure.

Updates

This privacy policy may be updated to reflect changes to the site or to the applicable regulatory framework. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
