Overview

Brasserie de Monaco (also known as Monaco Brewery) is the Principality's only on-site microbrewery, located on Route de la Piscine along the Port Hercule waterfront. Beer is brewed in visible 1,000-litre tanks using organic malts. The house range includes Blonde de Monaco (5.2%), Blanche de Monaco (4.8%), and Ambrée de Monaco (6%), plus seasonal specials.

Beyond beer, the kitchen serves regional dishes — pissaladière, stuffed vegetables, focaccia, and the signature Herculis Burger. The harbour-facing terrace is a popular spot for lunch, after-work drinks, and evening entertainment, with DJs from 6 pm and large screens for major sporting events. Open daily from noon to 2 am.
