A Casa d'i Soci — Maison des Associations

A Casa d'i Soci — "the members' house" in Monegasque — is the Mairie de Monaco's house of associations, opened in July 2014 on the Promenade Honoré II in La Condamine. It exists so that the Principality's associations, most of which have no premises of their own, have somewhere to hold their committee meetings, general assemblies, courses and small events.

Facilities

Six modular meeting rooms fitted with audio and video-projection equipment, for a combined capacity of 200 people. The rooms are provided free of charge.

Who can use it

Associations declared under loi n° 1.355 of 23 December 2008 and registered with the Mairie's Service des Sports et des Associations. Registration is renewed every year, and rooms are booked through the dedicated portal at maisondesassociations.mairie.mc. Open Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 to 22:00; the house closes for part of the summer (in 2026, 14 July to 3 August, then afternoons only until the end of August).

Why it matters

The Mairie does not register associations — that is the Minister of State's role — but it is the public body that most directly supports their day-to-day life, through this house and through municipal subsidies.
