Jimmy'z Monte-Carlo
Monaco's legendary nightclub at the Sporting Monte-Carlo complex, operated by SBM, with open-air dancing and world-class DJ programming since 1971

Overview
Jimmy'z Monte-Carlo is Monaco's most iconic nightclub, located within the Sporting Monte-Carlo complex at 26 Avenue Princesse Grace. Operated by the Societe des Bains de Mer (SBM), the club first opened on 9 July 1971 and has been a fixture of Mediterranean nightlife for over five decades. It accommodates approximately 300 guests across indoor and outdoor spaces, including a garden dance floor, a Japanese-inspired lagoon, and terraces with sea views.
History
Jimmy'z was inaugurated in 1971 beneath the Sporting d'ete, with original decor by Andre Levasseur and its identity shaped by legendary nightlife impresario Regine Zylberberg. When the new Monte-Carlo Sporting Club opened on 22 June 1974, Jimmy'z relocated to two levels beneath it, gaining its signature reconstructed Japanese lagoon and garden terrace. The club has undergone several significant renovations, most recently a major three-year project completed in 2017 that blended contemporary design with the venue's historical identity.
The Experience
Jimmy'z combines indoor club spaces with its famous outdoor setting — guests dance under the stars on the garden terrace, surrounded by tropical vegetation and the lagoon. The venue programmes internationally renowned DJs specialising in deep house and electronic music, with past headliners including Black Coffee, Bob Sinclar, Lost Frequencies, and Marco Carola.
