Monaco's heliport in Fontvieille, the main gateway for scheduled shuttles to Nice Côte d'Azur Airport

Avenue des Ligures, 98000 Monaco

The Monaco Heliport (Héliport de Monaco) is the principality's only aviation terminal, located in the Fontvieille district at the western edge of Monaco. With no airport of its own, Monaco relies on the heliport for fast connections to Nice Côte d'Azur Airport, typically reached in around seven minutes by helicopter.

The main commercial operator is Monacair, which runs year-round scheduled shuttles between Monaco and Nice multiple times a day, as well as private charter flights across the French Riviera, Italy, and beyond. Check-in is quick and luggage allowances are generous compared with commercial airlines, making it a popular choice during the Grand Prix, Yacht Show, and summer high season.

The terminal sits next to the Stade Louis II and is served by city buses and taxis. Fontvieille's Chemin des Pêcheurs coastal walk passes directly below the site, offering one of the best vantage points for plane-spotters.
