Espace Léo-Ferré hosted its final event on 11 December 2025 before closing for a major transformation. The venue is being rebuilt as "Live by Léo Ferré," a modern modular performance hall at Îlot Pasteur with a capacity of 1,900 standing, featuring state-of-the-art sound, lighting, and video technology. The new venue will also include a recording studio.
