Coya Monte-Carlo is a Peruvian fusion restaurant and lounge located within the Sporting Monte-Carlo complex on Avenue Princesse Grace. Operated by the Société des Bains de Mer (SBM), the venue blends Peruvian culinary traditions with Japanese Nikkei influences in a vibrant, music-driven setting overlooking the Mediterranean.

The menu draws on Peruvian traditions fused with Japanese and broader Asian influences. Signature offerings include ceviche, tiraditos, spicy beef tataki, yellowtail tiradito, tartare, and burrata. Vegetarian and vegan options are available. Head Chef Fabrizio Fossati leads the kitchen.
Pisco Bar
The Pisco Bar serves signature cocktails built around pisco, Peru's national spirit, along with an extensive drinks menu. The bar operates both indoors and on the terrace.

Coya features a panoramic Mediterranean terrace and richly decorated interiors inspired by Peruvian art. Resident DJs provide a curated soundtrack throughout dinner and into the late evening. The 2026 season features a roster of international DJs.
