Cédric Grolet Monte-Carlo is the pastry boutique and tea salon operated by Cédric Grolet, one of the most celebrated pastry chefs in France. Located on the patio of the legendary Hôtel de Paris Monte-Carlo at Place du Casino, the venue opened in summer 2025 when Grolet was appointed Executive Pastry Chef of the hotel by Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer.
What to Expect
The salon operates from morning to late afternoon, with offerings that evolve throughout the day. Mornings feature açaí bowls and French toast, while lunch brings savoury dishes such as club sandwiches. The afternoon tea service showcases Grolet's signature creations — sculpted trompe-l'œil fruit pastries, sugared flowers, and seasonal desserts conceived specifically for this Monte-Carlo address.
A boutique adjoining the tea salon sells cakes and pastries to take away, including limited-edition seasonal creations.
