Monaco — restaurant

Café de Paris Monte-Carlo is a historic Belle Époque brasserie on Place du Casino, operated by Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer since 1868. Its vast terrace faces the Casino de Monte-Carlo and the Hôtel de Paris, making it one of the Principality's most recognisable gathering spots. The kitchen serves classic French brasserie fare — oysters and shellfish, grilled meats, salads and, famously, the crêpe Suzette which was created here at the turn of the 20th century.

Practical Information

Open daily from early morning through late evening. Reservations are recommended, especially during the Monaco Grand Prix, the summer season and major SBM events. The terrace is particularly sought-after for lunch and aperitif hours. Reservations can be made directly through the Monte-Carlo SBM website.
